The service
ORAAD provides tools that read your business data (uploaded files, or connected Stripe/Square accounts via read-only access) to produce reconciliation reports, sales reports, and payment monitoring. We access your connected accounts on a read-only basis only and never move money or modify your data.
Subscriptions & billing
Products are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on each product page.
Acceptable use
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to access. Don't attempt to disrupt the service or access other customers' data.
Your data & accuracy
You're responsible for the accuracy of data you upload or connect. Reports and monitoring are provided to assist you and may contain errors; verify anything you rely on for financial or operational decisions.
Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, ORAAD is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and disconnect any accounts at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.
