ORAAD ("we", "us") operates oraad.com — a set of tools that read your business data to produce reconciliation reports, sales reports, and payment monitoring. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Account & billing. Your email address and subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we store a Stripe customer/subscription reference, never your card details.
- Files you upload. CSVs you paste or upload to our report and reconciliation tools are processed to generate your results and are not retained after the response is returned.
- Connected accounts (Stripe, Square). When you connect a payment account, we store an encrypted, read-only access credential and read only the payment/order data needed to produce the report or monitoring you requested. We use read-only scopes — we never write to your account, change anything, or move money.
- Detected events. For monitoring products we store references to the issues we detect (e.g. a failed payment ID and amount) so we can alert you and show your history.
How we use it
- To provide the product you subscribed to (generate your reports, monitor your payments, send alerts).
- To bill your subscription and email you your access key and notifications.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We use a small number of processors to run the service: Stripe (billing and, for the payment monitor, the data you connect), Square (when you connect a Square account), and Resend (sending email). Each receives only what's needed to perform its function.
Security & retention
Connected-account credentials are encrypted at rest, with the encryption key held separately from the database. Access tokens are stored only with read-only scope. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your dashboard, which removes the stored credential. To request deletion of your account data, email us at the address above.
Your choices
Disconnect a connected account anytime; cancel your subscription anytime via the billing portal; request data deletion by email.
